Rubino is the dream tyre for those who want performance and high-mileage. We don't think of it as a training tyre, not at all: it's rather a race-worth product that can take a whole season of both training and racing. It's easy to see why such a product deserved an upgrade!
A NEW TREAD DESIGN combined with a NEW TREAD COMPOUND are the key factors of the Rubino family enhancement.
new tread pattern
- The tread of Rubino Pro has been redesigned according to the principles of dot COM Vector technology. Among other things, this means the use of various sizes of diamonds, orientated in different ways depending on the direction of travel. The main advantage of the new design is that it guarantees an infallible grip even on wet and slippery ground.
- the new Rubino tread pattern is more directional, thus enhancing the smooth running of this greatly appreciated tyre.

Kevlar ENDURA 3D COMPOUND: we wanted to develop a compound with a similar performance to the glorious Kevlar 3D Compound, but with greater resistance to wear. The new Kevlar ENDURA 3D Compound, in fact, offers:
- higher mileage;
- excellent grip in all conditions;
- low energy absorption.
Highly recommended for long-distance training and racing.
the original CASING
a byword for reliability, has been retained:
120 t.p.i. (threads per inch) in nylon, i.e.: 120 nylon threads per inch (=2.54 cm) of casing. This number is calculated on each single layer of casing and, unlike some makers, not on the total of several layers.'
