Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. Once you have selected all the items that you want, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept debit and credit card payments through either Nochex or Paypal. We have chosen these two Payment Service providers as they offer the highest security levels and maximum convenience to enable anyone with a debit or credit card the ability to buy from us.
We prefer you to use Nochex but, as Paypal is so widespread, we leave the choice to you.

Shipping And Handling
If you are a UK customer, with a UK delivery address then the price that you see here at bicyclerubber.com is the price that you pay. All post & packaging costs are included in the item price.
It really is as simple as that. Back in the early days of bicyclerubber.com, we asked our customers what they liked and disliked about buying on the internet. Lack of clarity for post and packing charges was one of the top factors that people told us they disliked - so all of our prices include P&P.
We use Royal Mail to send all our items. Depending on the item, we use either 1st Class, 2nd Class, Special Delivery or Standard Parcels services and you may need to sign for your delivery.
We ask that you allow up to 14 days for delivery but, typically, you should receive your order within 5 working days.
If you are outside the UK, or wish to have the item delivered to a non UK address, there is additional postage to pay. Please contact us before ordering!
Delivery Schedule
We dispatch on the first working day following receipt of cleared payment.
In exceptionally rare circumstances this is not possible and we will contact you to advise of this.
Back Orders
Every product that you see on the bicyclerubber.com website is usually in stock for immediate delivery.
However, as the site updates on a daily basis, a very busy day could have taken all our stock for a particular item (it hasn't happened yet but its important to let you know that this is a possibility).
If that is the case with your order, we will be contact with you to let you know when new stock will arrive.
